Read and Remembered – 10 Jan 2008
Some of the post from personal finance blog world that I enjoyed today
- How I Taught My Preschooler the Value of a Dollar at beingfrugal — Very nice and interesting. You get to teach something to your kid and your kid gets something for learning. Isn’t that what all parents what for their children?
- My Superpower Wish: Regaining Cash at Clever Dude — What super power would I want? Hmmm!!!
- 5 Stupid Financial Mistakes I Made in 2007: Failing to Remain Competitive Within My Field at Consumerism Commentary — I feel stupid for not including anything in my 2008 goals to improve my career related skills. I need to find out what skill would improve my resume and need to add it to my 2008 goals.
- I liked the idea “Don’t sign your debit card” in What to do when your debit card gets stolen at Gather Little by Little. Instead put a ‘CHECK ID’ in that space. Nice way to ensure misuse of debit card.
- The People’s Car: The $2500 Tata Nano at Money, Matter and More Musings — Mabbe we should buy one for our parents in India.
